Every week
Tuesday troop meetings at 7:00 PM: patrol time, skill instruction, rank work, and planning for the next outing.
Through the year
Courts of Honor, where Scouts receive their new ranks and merit badges in front of their families.
Every month
A campout or outdoor activity. It might be car camping, a backpacking trip, a day hike, or a service weekend.
FallSep – Nov
New Scouts settle in, the popcorn sale begins, and campouts fill up while the weather is cool.
WinterDec – Feb
Christmas tree recycling, our biggest fundraiser, right after the holidays. Cold-weather camping.
SpringMar – May
Camp card sales to help pay for summer camp. Service projects around Folsom.
SummerJun – Aug
A week at summer camp, where Scouts earn merit badges and try new outdoor skills. High adventure trips for older Scouts.
