TROOP MEETINGS
We typically go on camping once a month, sometimes twice a month. Camping is a great way for kids to experience the outdoors and learn or develop specific skills. Our last camping trip was late last year at Camporee 2022
CAMPING
TROOP MEETINGS
Troop meetings are held every Tuesday in Journey Church, discussing and reflect on how past campouts or events have gone and how we can improve upon them. In addition, troop meetings act as workshops where scouts can complete ranks, requirements, and merit badges.
Game nights are an event where scouts can become better friends with each other and have fun, these nights typically happen on the second Tuesday of every month
COURT OF HONORS
A Court of Honor is an event, typically a dinner, where scouts are given the rank or merit badges that they earned. In addition, there is usually a slideshow depending on the season to reminisce on past events during that year. The last Court of Honor we had was November 2022
Service projects are where scouts can pay their dues to the community by volunteering for projects around the community.
Out last Service Project was for Journey Church, where on 2/25/23 we removed rosebush's near the nursery
