Folsom Boy Scout Troop 134Our Troop has been chartered by Boy Scouts of America since 1991.

 

We have earned the BSA Quality Unit award every year since at least 2000.

Troop meetings are in the Fellowship Hall of Journey Church, 450 Ravine Road (near Folsom Middle School) at 7:00 p.m.

Troop meetings are on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Tuesdays of each month (and any 5th Tuesdays) at 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., subject to change due to school breaks and other special events.  

The Patrol Leaders Council usually meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.  (To attend a meeting, click here link to send us an e-mail.)

George was a Cub Scout for four years and a Boy Scout for six years, earning two 50-Miler hike patches and the Life Scout rank.  He was an Assistant Scoutmaster for three years and a Cub Scout den leader for three years.  He has completed Youth Protection training, Basic Leader training, Scoutmaster training, and Outdoor Leader Skills training.  He has been the Scoutmaster since 2005.

George has earned the Scouter’s Training Award and the Scoutmaster’s Key.
